Customer states they were charged twice

Customer stated he was charged twice. I do see two pending charges for $130 on the screenshots he sent us from his bank account. I only see one charge on IO payments section. But I am getting a strange popup right when I open the payments section of the LEAD page.

Banks display pending charges incorrectly all the time. He needs to wait and see what happens once the charges post.

Hi Larissa,

On our end we are only seeing one payment , just as you mentioned. You are going to need to contact Square about this issue.
