Worker App: Phone Enhancement

When my techs go to use the phone they can see all number of recent customers but can not search for customers... that means if their client isn't a recent message/call they can't get to the number easily or text log.
Could we add back the IO phone link in the lead/shift and make it default to the current client; with additional contacts as possibilities?
So on the main page where it is currently it stays the same, but if you click the lead/shift you get that client?
