Why are my emails not sending?

I haven't changed anything on my email settings since initially setting up my custom email. It has worked no problem until now and I am getting an error trying to email the contract. It is just telling me to look at my email preferences.

Thanks for the responses, it started sending about 30 minutes later. Not sure what the temporary issue was, but it’s sending no problem now.
