automation - email not sent

HEllo

I have an automation to send emails to 4 persons. It was working fine but this past week end, one of the person did not receive them. Can you check please ?

And see for exemple, leads #15281839

cedrik@proludik.com did not receive the email.

Hello,

The email did not send as Cedric was unsubscribed.

a10d8ca37e5b7fa80df7499d3b942210I went into their profile and unchecked this setting. Please let us know if they continue to not receive the email notifications.

Where did you go to see that cedrec was unsubscribed ?

Also, where did you unchecked this setting ?

The screenshot is from the log on the lead example you had provided.

I had to go to your customer profiles, find the profile created for Cedric and uncheck the 'unsubscribe from all emails' box.
