20232903 I have reported this before. Why aren't the surveys going out?

It isn't time for this to go out yet...it won't go out until after 7pm...a full day after the event ends

Not sure why it was set to go out later. Our history was always to send it immediately following the event, just like the managers report goes out instantly. That way we can intervene if there is a problem.


Now please,

20457995 signed their contract and received 3 emails after signing asking her to sign contract.

For lead 20457995, the contract was signed but it looks like user TDS changed a setting so that it wasn't showing this way? The email went out on the 17 (by IO ). User TDS sent it out again on the 17th. Then IO sent it out again as scheduled on the 20th.

We can update the review email so that it goes out sooner...it has been going out this way for a LONG time...a full day after the event. We can make this change now.
