Updating Signed Contracts
Answered
Is there another way to regenerate a contract when changes are made after the customer has already signed? The yellow bar that pops up with the "Change" button sometimes doesn't show up and when it does it is too easy to click "ignore" after saving because the "ignore" button is right under the "ok" button that we click to get rid of the "lead saved" message.
You would need to go down to the contract section of the lead and create a new one...by clicking on a new line for the contract and "edit" and save. Here's a video on all this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GqemtTEHSyE

When I do that it still shows the original, the only way I have found other than hitting the "change" button (which we sometimes miss, or accidently click ignore) is to revert the lead to a quote status, save, then upgrade to a contract status. Is there an easier way?

If you make the change manually and it isn't showing the correct/updated contract send over the lead # so we can take a look...be sure a step wasn't missed?
