Is there a way to send a final payment link that doesn't also prompt the customer to sign the contract again? I can only see where I can resend the contract. Looking for a way to only send a link to pay the remaining balance.

If you would like to send the remaining balance without the customer being prompted to sign the contract, then you would send an invoice. Although If the customer already signed the contract, they will not have to sign it again.
You can still send the contract again, if you do not want to send the invoice. Or you can tell the customer to use the contract to pay the remaining balance.
