Our customer surveys are supposed to go out after every event but often when I check on why a customer has not responded I don't see in the log an indication that they ever received one. Most recent,

Since the actual event is complete but does not show complete, could that be because at the event we had a change requiring us to bring generators to make things work. The additional cost of the generators has not been paid since it occurred the actual day of the event. If the system is showing that the event is not complete only because it is not fully paid for, that is a bit of a problem because the event is actually complete.
