new email templates

I have created a new email template "LA intro to Lights Around email." It is not showing up under the lead when I go to send an email. I also made edits to the name of a second customer quote email template and it has not updated the name since yesterday. the content inside is updated, but not the title.

I to am having an issue getting the new email template to populate when I try to send a bulk email or even when I try to send the email to leave me a review it doesn't show in the template drop down list
