workers shift deleted

ONe of our workers Andrew, Denton was sent an email saying his shift was deleted for September 24. The shift was not deleted and it is still as scheduled. Any other reason this would have been triggered without else knowing?

It was not sent from a lead

Deleted Shifts:

9/24/2023 7:00am-3:30pm

Sorry for the change in schedule, but it is the nature of our business for customers to add late or make last-minute adjustments to their rentals. Thanks for being flexible!
