Easiest is to create a new status called "routing" and deselect all the options except send status to planner. Then duplicate the lead, put the duplicate in that status and delete all the info from it. Then use a quick add item to state what the purpose of that lead is. There's a video on this in the IOU user group on facebook. I believe it's pinned to the top.
