You can list and "group by" rentals name and then use "leads rentals $ discount"

You can show the lead id, customer info etc...and then....List rentals name, rentals price and leads rentals discount. Unfortunately, it will show each rental on a separate line to be able to show each discount on it's own.

No, rentals $ price is the discounted price and/or the total price (for exemple if i have 3 items at 300$)
Ex below: original/unit price for tomahawk is 495$. Original/unit price for Installation/démontage is 300$

I have 2 reports;
The only difference between the 2 is the ''rental starting price'' you added but it shows wrong info for the other culomn

I am using this lead as an examples...and the report: QB - Liste des items / Contrat....The "rental starting price" column does seem to be matching up??

That isn't the correct column...look at the "rental start price" column. That would be your original price....I don't think the quantity works on this report either
