Restrict Online Booking by Event Type

We have two types of "Event Types"; Residential vs Non-Residential. We would like to allow online booking for any Residential LEAD however, restrict auto booking for any Non-Residential LEAD. As you may know, our Non-residential leads need to manual be underwritten by a supervisor prior to client booking.
Please advise us on how to achieve the desired result.

You would need to create a Delivery Method for Residential and Non Residential and you could restrict the autobooking there for the Non Residential.

Could we proceed with this method? We will now only have two delivery options: Delivery (Residential) & Delivery (Non-Residential). When a customer selects Non-Residential delivery that will get an email stating….They will get an email quote within 48hrs.
