Web connector aborting

I reached out last week re: trouble with the webconnector for QB-

The Certificate Authentification is solved...thank you! But now it is not linking-

keeps aborting. IT guy checked and says you need to fix....thank you in advance for doing so-

It looks to me like you need to grant permission inside QB.

  1. Open QB desktop on the same machine you run the web connector on with the same QB login you used to setup the sync originally.
  2. Run the IO app in the web connector.
  3. Follow the on screen prompts in QB to give permission.

It was a windows update that caused the error. IT guy applied fix and up and running again
