"Partial" Notification help

I am in the Leads/Events screen I have events that are confirmed and contracted when I go to adjust them and change services I get this notice Lead cannot be saved in its current state. If saved as a draft, this lead's status will be updated to "Partial" can someone help me understand what I am doing wrong

This occurs because not all the required information on the lead has been filled out. Usually when you get the notification, the software will go directly to the section that needs to be filed out and it will also be highlighted in red.
