Taking cash as final payment

Hello,
My client and I agreed to take final payment as cash. they already made a $50 deposit. how do I close this out in IO once they give me the cash?

Anytime you take a payment that you need to "record" on the lead...go to the lead under payments and enter the payment info and type, amount, etc. press the + sign, and save.
