Drop down options not working on front end website quote form correctly

I just had a customer call me and then I was able to replicate the same issue if you go to our website fill in the online quote form when you have your option choices of what equipment you would like to rent typically you click on the item type example tents tables chairs what have you in it drops down and shows all of the items under the category well catering does not drop down and neither does chairs but all the rest of them does so I'm confused as to why those two are not dropping down today
