Total staff for lead not properly calculating

What am I doing wrong?!?!
P.S. - I'm trying to use Zapier to automate our 3rd party scheduling software.... but the numbers come from reports. If the report is wrong, how do I fix it?
P.P.S. - Looks like volunteers don't total correctly either.

If you total this on the "staff to send" under the items total on the lead...and then use the "staff" variable on the lead...it should have the correct number on the report
