2 issues with new set up

i have 3 emails in the alerts center i cant change all of them are crm attached emails.

and i cant change the logo on my forms


i sent a message a while back on this but havent heard back

We would need to know which emails. Also, send your logo by email so we can take a look.

I was able to copy/paste that logo on your contract page without issue. Was there any particular forms you couldn't get this to work?

You have the CRM alert emails set up correctly...what was it that you were trying to change?

This isn't working because you do not currently have the CRM activated on this account...is this something you want to do?

I was able to copy and paste the logos.
