recurring leads - change of sales rep

I have recurring leads that are created every week.
I want it to show no sales rep. When i go into the leads that they are copied from (lead no #12802083) there is no sales rep but in my report it shows Hugo

For it to truly to be considered "no sales rep" it needs to show the "select" for sales rep. I switched it to this and now it shows blank.
