delivery planner times different from workers website

I have reported this problem before and it continues to happen a few times most weekends. We schedule everything the way it needs to be in the delivery planner and then on the workers site the times change to something different. Here is a screen shot of the delivery planner. I will load later a screen shot of the workers site. The lead for Debra Stage on May 1st has pickup time at 8pm and workers site says 745pm. Event is reserved until 8pm.
Alsom, on Saturday order for Elizabeth Riggs had 30 minute set up on Delivery planner and an hour on the workers site.

Can you send me a screen shot of both again but put in the same dates? I want to show a developer but we need to show you are looking at 04/30 and 04/30 OR 05/01 05/01
