I am trying to create an automation that auto responds to initial incoming text messages. However I am not sure how to make it not respond every time and only respond the first time. I'm sure it is possible but I am not sure of all of the steps.
Unfortunately, this automation doesn't have the "once per lead/customer" restriction so the text would go out every time a text was received
