Invoice Email - Customer can't pay

Invoice #: 15416835


Sent the invoice email to the customer. They click the link to pay. It takes them to 'book this event' although event is booked, event date has passed. There's no option to pay. If they click book this event they just receive a message that someone will contact them. This isn't the first time we've seen this issue. No idea how to clear it so customer can make payment.

Hello,

I have updated the link on your invoice email, It should send them to the contract/invoice page now.

Should this lead be complete status as the event date has passed? It looks like this lead is still in contracted status?

Thanks. What is the cause of that issue? Is it something we can clear ourselves? It has happened in the past. Not often, but seems we have two or three cases a year that situation happens.

The link on the invoice email template was going to the quote confirm page rather than the contract/invoice. This should not be an issue in the future for the invoice email.
