Report not showing proper items

I have two leads (17201163 & 16935541) that fit this description. When I simply apply the filter, it works great. However, when I run the report I get a list of 7 leads. One of the leads is listed 7 times... and I have no idea why.
What am I doing wrong?

We had to adjust to include the lead ID and group by that...that was the problem. Should be good now.

On the report I added to group by Lead Organization, go ahead and run it now and see if that's better for you. When I tested it was only pulling the 2 after the adjustment.
