Filter for lead start date modified

Hello
I am trying to be advise when a lead start date is modifiedn and is in the next few days
I tried to filter with ''lead modified date'' last 1 day but it gives me ALL modification which are not important to me.
Could it be possible to have a choice that would say: modified last X day ? Or how can i do ?
