how do you turn off demo quote and demo contracts

Just starting out with EventOFfice. Evenything set up and trying to send first contract but the customer is getting a demo screen. How do I turn this off and get the real contract?

Do you mean coming through the demo website? You would need to get rid of the demo site if you don't plan on using it. Go to Settings-->Wordpress and delete the site.
