Event is firing twice for Quote

Added a gtag snippet into the quote conversion field (located here https://rental.software/account/#/settings/preferences/googletracking ). When I go look into google analytics, each time I generate a new quote, it's showing that event as firing twice. Any help I can get on this?
gtag('event','generate_lead',{value: %total%})
