Removing Address Completely - Especially on Emails

Hi,
I'd like to remove my address from showing up on anything with our business. Every time I think I've found and removed from everything, it keeps popping up. Most recently on emails IO sends out on our behalf either user created or system generated automated ones. See attached, we would prefer if an address is mandatory that it only show up as Salmonberry Rd. from Port Orchard, WA as this is close enough to our facility to use for delivery calculations.

You would need to go to your Settings-->Warehouse/Address and create a Company Address for this, you have your Warehouse Address as your Mailing Address as well. It is required by law under the Can-Spam Act.
