How do I intergrate checkout button on my own wordpress site

I have my own site built on wordpress and want to add checkout button, didn't see directions on how. I have installed io plugin and it added multple links?

Go to Pages & Templates in the software and use your Quote page link and use this as your link to your "check out" or "get a quote" button
