Cant remove damage waiver

The waiver is set to be checked by default, but even when removed in customers cart it still is calculated and added. Also, I can’t even removed it manually. I’ve tried unchecking the box, deleting the item and setting it to $0.00 but it pops up again right away.

It looks like your filter for the damage waiver fee needs adjusted. Are you excluding any categories from applying the damage waiver?

No I don’t think so, do I need to?

No you are not required to. I have adjusted your filter. Can you try refreshing your page and then removing the damage waiver again?
