Final Payment isn't processing anymore....

Previously I had it set up so that the morning of the events the final payment would process the customer's credit card. It seems that the last few months that automation isn't working anymore but still shows to be in place? How do I get it set back up?
It looks like it's still working, but the cards are being denied. (see screenshots)
