Items not Updating / Photos not Updating on Website

Five days ago, I removed an item (Inflatable Skeeball) and a category (Inflatables) from site using IO. I also added a photo to face painting and neither have been updated. I've cleared my cache, history, etc and nothing has updated. Not sure what to do at this point.

I'm having similar issues. New categories and and new items aren't syncing with WP. Not sure what's going on.... but it doesn't seem to be something we can fix on our end

I've done a force sync on your site. Amy can you let us know what items were changed so we can see if they synced?

Do you have wordfence plug in in Wordpress? What are your sync logs looking like? Does the log look like a sync was complete?
I think it's wordfence, it may be iThemes. One of the security plugins.
