Lead/Event: how do I change the order of the optional fields?

I added quite a few new optional fields that I will be adding to my Quote Request page. I also want them to appear on my Lead/Event page. I have them all showing up in the rental sections which is what I want, but I can't figure out how to change the order. I need them in an order that will make sense and follow the Quote Request page.
