In the charts section - do the figures include or exclude sales tax and other fees such as delivery and staff costs?

In the "Sales Summary" Chart:
The "Sales" column of data is a gross total (tax included), but it has the "Tax" column next to it, so you can subtract the two if needed.
"Top Rentals by Revenue" Chart:
This is using the line item number on the lead. No tax, discounts, staffing, ect is included in this.
"Top Customers by Revenue" Chart:
This number is the subtotal line (no tax included, but everything else is considered).
