How can I replace a Salesperson who is no longer with the company but still keep their name associated with the lead. I have run out of space for new users but don't want to lose the ability t know how to track the old salesperson's leads?

Change the permission on that worker (remove leads access) or mark them inactive. They will still show on leads. Then add your new rep.
