kicked out of text box on lead screen

I am regularly getting kicked out of text boxes on lead screens on a desktop and mobile device. This normally happens under the customer information section. I click in the box, then I start typing, only to realize it bumped me out of the box. This has happened dozens of times over the past week. And of course you have to go back and ask the customer for the info again once you realize it never typed it.
