Damage Waiver Not working

Solved

I wanted to add a damage waiver fee, but instead I now have 3 damage waiver check boxes on my quote page. I don't know how to turn them off and start from scratch since I deleted the form in promos and optional fields hoping it would revert back to default.

Hi, it seems the Accidental Waiver is calculating as intendent. The only problem is that during checkout the "Accidental Waiver" box is checked by default. I can see in the optional field settings that it was assigned for (unchecked) by default. I tried looking at the optional fields and promotion & fees settings but I don't see anything wrong.

I have fixed this so the customer is able to choose if they want the Damage Waiver or not
