is there any way we can restrict certain rentals to not be allowed on specific surface types?
We have a surface type of "dirt", but don't want to allow any wet or water rentals to be set on that surface. So we'd like to have a conflict (or just not allow auto-bookings) for any wet rentals and dirt surface to be confirmed.

We do not have a way to do that at this time. I recommend putting that information in the description for your rental. Or maybe make it a required accessory/option to your rental so it's clearly indicated when the customer is getting quotes.
