Distance issue

Had my first actual customer but having an issue with booking through the website. it says they are out of my service area and to call but it’s only 14 miles from my house. In distance charges we have it set to 0-25 miles is free. Is there something else I need to change?

In your Warehouse address settings, you have your address set at United states and your only allowing a 25 mile area radius so there is no real address to calculate from (see screenshot) You need to put in a real address there.
