IO Extremely Slow - Unable To Use

Last 24 hours, we're unable to save any updates to email templates, loading of inventory inside a lead takes minutes (not exaggerated), updating any details is impossible and general saving of leads either hangs or takes forever.

Please look into this asap. I can see there are other tickets with the same issue so this is not isolated

Please advise

Is this still an issue? We tested on your account...created a lead...made several changes, saved, etc. And had no issues at all.

I also looked and didn't seem to have any issues loading inventory inside a lead. I created a new lead and went in to the 6Mtr Structure Marquee Hire category and was able to click to add a few items and it all worked quickly.


if it is still slow for you try going to https://bak.rental.software/ login and see if it's also slow or not. Please not that this is our live active-failover server so it can be used only if you are having internet issues connecting to our main one and shouldn't be use on a regular basis.
