Online Quoting - Can this be turned off?

We are having so much trouble with online quoting. Can this feature be removed? We want customers to book without getting a quote. Please help! We feel like we are losing so much business!

You can turn it off, but then you'll have to manually send every contract. The customer will still have to submit a quote. What kind of trouble are you having? the quote page itself seems to be the exact same thing as the confirmation page before purchasing with the main exception being terminology.


If you want to turn off online quoting go to settings>online quoting>display quote. Set to no. Then when a customer submits a quote, they'll be directed to the quote acknowledge page (found in settings>Pages/templates) and you'll be able to review it, change the status and send the contract.

Yes you can turn off the autobooking, just as Chad has said. If you need help with this please let us know.
