We deal with the manager survey by email so we do not need it to be flag

Unfortunately due to this being a default flag, there is no way to turn that flag off aside from manually clearing from each lead.

Would we be able to create an automation ?

Currently there is no action within automations that would advise a flag to be cleared. I have a ticket opened for our developers to see if the flag can be removed or cleared with an automation.

Our developer was able to remove the manager survey from creating a flag. Let us know if you need anyhing else.
