Quickbooks Online Integration not working

Hello, My quickbooks online integration is not working. I thought I had opened a ticket or topic about 23-24 days ago but it appears to have been removed.

I walked through the setup steps and logged on to QB online through IO. Leads/Customers are not syncing and if I go to the QB integration settings is shows "invalid date" in the Sync Start Data field and no log entries at all.

I have clicked the disconnect IO sync a few times and waited day and even weeks. I have also tried to perform the connection with Safari and Firefox to try with different browsers. Is there something else I should do?

What dates would you like set for the sync?

Probably just need to start around 05/15/2023.

Your sync date has been set to 5/15, were you logged into a specific worker account when seeing the error?

I was logged on to my main account. It the only account we have for IO. It looks like it synced with QB.
