Below, you can see that a cutomer recieved the reminder to sign her contract a few minutes after we sent the contract. Why?
This email is support to be sent 2 days after the contract is sent.

on 5/24 the status wash changed to Contracted, then a minute later changed it back and didn’t add a contract.
Your contracted status has this option set ‘Set Contract Book Date (if not set) when Lead is set to this Status’ which will set the contract sent date to whenever the lead is changed to that status.
This is why the contract reminder email was sent on 5/26.

I see. But then on the 24th, a minute after puting in in contact, it was changed to soumission (quote) status.

Just so we undersand; the delay for the automatic reminder to sign the contract begins when we put the lead in the contracted status even if the status is changed after ?

It was going by when the first contract was created on the lead...if you would have switched it back to contracted and then created a new contract and resent it would have reset that date/time
