IP address not Actual Signature
Answered
Hi there! I have a client that is requesting to see their "Signature" on the contract... However I just see a IP address... this is going to cause a HUGE issue for me... What do I do????
They'll get this fixed. It's happened to me and it's somewhat an easy fix but I can't remember how they didn't.
That said, if it doesn't have the signature now. When they fix it won't then either. They'll have to sign again.

Thanks... Ya this is a BIG DEBACLE with a client of mine right now! she's claiming she never "Signed a Contract" when I am trying to her to pay for a Damaged Screen at her event... So seeing an IP address instead of her Signature... isn't helping at this point. And in the 13 years we've been in business if we dont have a paid and signed contract/invoice we dont show up!

Unfortunately, this customer made a dot when signing...and that was captured as signature. But also the IP address would stand up in court as a signature.
