Attachment size max?

Is there a new maximum file size for attachments? We're having trouble today attaching pics.

Are you getting any errors? Is there a specific lead giving you issues or multiple?

I just went back to one of the leads I had left open and the pic is there now. As long as I don't close the lead, it looks like the pics attach in a few minutes. I don't know what will happen if I save and close the lead, but I'll test it.

The attachment on lead 15610177 took 3 minutes to attach.

The attachments do not save if I save and close the lead before the attachment attaches. LOL is that confusing enough?

I did get more info. This problem with attachments has been going on all week. In addition, last night, everything was extremely slow. Loading accessories to add to leads was taking 30 seconds or more, and we couldn't really save after making changes. It would be saving for 20 minutes or more and nothing would happen. This was happening to two of us in different cities.

Today, similar problems. Saving is very slow on many changes, and new contracts are taking a while to show up. We are usually able to see changes immediately on contracts, but its taking over 15 minutes today.

Is there a problem with IO speeds today in general?

Are you still having speed issues with loading, etc? There may have been a temporary issue at that time.

Per developers: Changes to contracts not appearing are usually caused by the web host caching the files. I did not see any attachments on lead 15610177, however the speed to upload attachments is usually limited by their network connection. Attachments have a maximum file size limit of 25MB.

Yes, major problems still. I made a longer video to show the whole thing. If this is only happening to my account, pay attention to the end of the video for some possible clues.

Exact same issues here. The whole video is the same. Uploading attachments AND pulling inventory items. I always assumed it was me, and didn't think to check internet speeds. We don't have any issues with the speed like Casey. It's slow both at home AND at the office. (Home is faster internet than at home). Employees have mentioned something too but they've been at the office typically when they say something. I'll see if they have issues at home.
