Excluding a sale from revenue reports/charts

Is there a way to exclude a sale from our annual/ytd sales reports and charts. We sell tents and use IO for invoicing on those sales but it skews the rental revenue's. I could just print the contract and delete the lead after the sale is complete but it would be nice to save it and be able to pull it up on IO if needed later on.

Susan's suggestion is perfect. Statuses are great for these types of things. I have one for free events, and one for routing extra vehicles for a lead, or for trips/stops not related to a lead.

Those are great ideas...I would put these aside like Casey has them so they aren't in the regular flow of your statuses...these would be leads that you manually put in these statuses in certain situations.
