you can add as much inventory to your IO as you want and when you dont want them active just set them to inactive
now that all depends on your plan as to what you can add before your account needs to be updated to a different inventory plan

Once you leave the free plan you cannot downgrade to the free plan in the future. That is reserved for new companies that haven't exceeded 10 items yet. Here is the relevant section of our terms,
"You cannot downgrade to a Starter/Free plan if you have been using a paid account. Starter/Free plans are free as a courtesy for new companies."
Moving around from other plans is possible though, say you want to move from a 100 item plan to a 35, that is possible by deleting (marking items as inactive) and contacting us!
