Question about leads

If I have a customer who decided not to book and I cancelled them in the leads section, should I delete them from the leads section since the event is cancelled and just keep them in my customers section or keep them in both the lead and customer section? Thank you!

Always keep all leads. Cancellations seem bad when they happen (and they are) but you can make IO work for you and remarked to those customers later in the year or next year based on when this lead was scheduled. Or you can manually call them next year to see if they would like to schedule something around the same time, especially if it was a birthday party or yearly event.
