Add training to workers site to take

How do I add the new training I've created to the worker site when they log in

When you go to the worker's profile the training will be listed and you check the box "required" and when they log in it will automatically show. This will have to be a training you have saved under Surveys & Training in the software

Yes...you should be able to do adjustments
